Grand Theft Animals – (Quest 2/3) – We shipped the game from concept to launch in ~3 months and it reached 300,000+ installs within the first three months from kickoff.  As a game designer & producer I provided design leadership across the vision, core loop, systems, level design, and moment-to-moment gameplay. I also owned production—roadmap, milestones, sprint execution, and risk management—to hit aggressive timelines. Day to day I aligned art, design, and engineering around clear priorities, unblocked teams, and kept delivery moving. Through weekly playtests and player feedback, I iterated to refine feel, balance, and onboarding.
